Note about Outstanding Purchase Orders

October 15, 2009 11:26 pm / admin

Pursuant to CB Communiqué #2009-016, IATF has implemented a change in the fee structure for the ADP Initial Entry Fee.

For CBs who initiated Purchase Orders prior to 1 October 2009, the original fee structure will be honored ($1100 Entry Fee per Auditor).  HOWEVER, all unpaid Purchase Orders will require payment on OR before 18 December 2009.   ALL Purchase Orders currently in the ADP system that are UNPAID as of 19 December 2009 will be cancelled, and future Entry Fee payments for these auditors would be under the NEW fee structure ($1500 Entry Fee).

Status of Payments

June 4, 2009 9:35 pm / admin

Please note the following key points regarding payments in the ADP:

  • All payments already processed prior to the lockdown remain in effect. ADP access is now available to Pre-Study Questions, Introductory Modules, and Training Modules only.
  • Bank transfers received during the lockdown for pending purchase order invoices have not yet been processed, and will be processed by 12 June 2009.  Please wait until after this date to inquire about any outstanding invoices.
  • New Entry Fee payments can be made via credit card effective 5 June 2009. New Entry Fee payments via Purchase Order/Bank Transfer will be available effective 19 June 2009.  The Entry Fee remains at $1100 USD per auditor and includes the consideration of availability of the Knowledge and Application Assessments in Q4 2009.
  • The concerns identified in late April 2009 that caused the ADP to be locked down 1 May 2009 were potential integrity concerns during the completion of assessments. There were no financial or technical security concerns identified. All financial data and existing scoring results are considered sensitive data and they remain secure. Additionally, credit card information is never stored on the ADP system.

IATF Global Oversight is continuing to review options for ensuring the integrity of the ADP. It is estimated that both the Knowledge and Application Assessments will be re-opened by Q4 2009. All auditor credentials due to expire before 31 December 2009 have been extended to 31 December 2009. This will enable all auditors approved and paid for by their Certification Bodies to continue their individual auditor development progress in the ADP without loss of auditor credentials.
