Please note that, effective 24 September 2009, ADP payment functionality is temporarily closed pending IATF review and approval of proposed security options. An update will be provided in early-October 2009.
New Languages Available, Purchase Orders Re-Enabled
The 19 June ADP update includes the availability of 6 new languages. New Purchase Orders can also be generated.
Language Availability
The following languages are now newly available in the ADP:
- Brazilian Portuguese
- Italian
- Korean
- Latin Spanish
- Polish
- Russian
These languages are now selectable when paying for an auditor’s Entry Fee. Auditors who were mistakenly enrolled in another language and requested to have their language changed can now access the training material in their desired language. Please note that assessments are still locked-out at this time and will remain locked until Q4 2009.
Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders are now available as an option again in the Online Store. CBs may combine purchases for multiple auditors into one purchase order by clicking the “Participants” button after adding items to the Cart. Once you have submitted payment for a purchase order, please notify us by visiting the Invoice Management site:
You may also cancel a purchase order and access relevant bank and address information at the same link. You will need to have your invoice number, invoice date, and billing country available in order to access the site (please consult your invoice for this information).
If you experience any technical difficulties, please don’t hesitate to contact ADP Technical Support.

Additional languages will be launched in the ADP during that time.
Edit [18:58]: We are running some final tests. Revised estimate is 19:30 GMT.

Status of Payments
Please note the following key points regarding payments in the ADP:
- All payments already processed prior to the lockdown remain in effect. ADP access is now available to Pre-Study Questions, Introductory Modules, and Training Modules only.
- Bank transfers received during the lockdown for pending purchase order invoices have not yet been processed, and will be processed by 12 June 2009. Please wait until after this date to inquire about any outstanding invoices.
- New Entry Fee payments can be made via credit card effective 5 June 2009. New Entry Fee payments via Purchase Order/Bank Transfer will be available effective 19 June 2009. The Entry Fee remains at $1100 USD per auditor and includes the consideration of availability of the Knowledge and Application Assessments in Q4 2009.
- The concerns identified in late April 2009 that caused the ADP to be locked down 1 May 2009 were potential integrity concerns during the completion of assessments. There were no financial or technical security concerns identified. All financial data and existing scoring results are considered sensitive data and they remain secure. Additionally, credit card information is never stored on the ADP system.
IATF Global Oversight is continuing to review options for ensuring the integrity of the ADP. It is estimated that both the Knowledge and Application Assessments will be re-opened by Q4 2009. All auditor credentials due to expire before 31 December 2009 have been extended to 31 December 2009. This will enable all auditors approved and paid for by their Certification Bodies to continue their individual auditor development progress in the ADP without loss of auditor credentials.
IATF ADP Re-Launch (05 June 2009)
Effective 05 June 2009 at 12:00 GMT, the ADP will be re-opened for access to following material:
- Introductory Modules
- Pre-Study
- Training Modules
Access to the Knowledge Assessment, Application Assessment, and all Re-Take Assessments has been restricted until further notice.
